About Me

Who am I? Why am I here?

Who I Am

I am a student of Royal Holloway, University of London, studying to become a Master of Science (MSci) in Theoretical Physics. I am dual-located in Egham and Poole, United Kingdom, but have travelled far and wide during my globe-trotting holidays. Whilst my main academic interest is in physics, my relentless curiosity also extends to mathematics, chemistry, and the environment, where I explore and adventure to discover the secrets of the universe. However, everyone has to have (at least a few) hobbies, and I spend my remaining time coin collecting, hiking, and film watching.

What I Do

This website is my digital home and where I publish the things I am proud (and no so proud) of. Here, you will find:

Articles

My rule for writing articles (or blog posts) are that they have to be interesting. Whilst that is quite an open brief, I generally write articles about either: (a) key issues and news stories, or (b) STEM topics - science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. I try to make my articles easy to understand for everyone, regardless of whether I am writing about rocket launches or climate change, or anything in-between, as I believe that knowledge and information should be open and accessible.

Videos

For people who cannot be bothered to read (we have all been there), I produce educational and factual videos for Instagram and YouTube focussing on topics from the world of physics and mathematics. Of course, these are accessible too, often featuring demonstrations and on-location filming, all to aid your understanding of some of the hardest or most cutting-edge of topics.

...and Educational Content

Occasionally, I produce resources which might just benefit a larger audience than I would normally share things with. These I make accessible to everyone in my education section. But, be warned, there are often no solutions released alongside my educational content - although you can always reach out for more information!

Where To Find Me

I maintain an online presence both on this, my digital home, and on a number of different social media platforms. You can explore my current range of social media profiles over on the links page. For professional enquiries, you can use the form on my contact page to get in touch - I do not monitor my social media inboxes.
